About Rise Up
I created Rise Up for all the mamas and boss babes out there trying to build a business, make a difference in the world, and trying to be real entrepreneurs, but whom are struggling to manage it all. Trust me, I get it. Between all the sports practices, appointments, my marriage, and clients, I was trying to build a business and I was epically failing.
So, a few years ago I set out to learn all the top tips, tools, habits and practices to build real success and in a really short amount of time I built a thriving business. More importantly, I completely transformed my health, my business, and my family all while building a business.
